Our Company was constituted as a partnership firm namely, M/s Shreeji Shipping on June 14, 1995. Subsequently, the Partnership was converted to a private limited company and the name of our Company was changed to “Shreeji Shipping Global Private Limited” on April 11, 2024. Our Company was converted into a public limited company, “Shreeji Shipping Global Limited” on November 18, 2024.
